Anemone Earrings

The Anemone Earrings take their name from both the anemone plant and the sea anemone, considered to be the most colourful ‘flower’ of the ocean. The large lake in our imagined garden would be carpeted with a bed of sea anemones at its bottom, creating a magical paradise for tench, pike and carp to enjoy throughout the year.

Hand-crafted in England in 18ct yellow gold and verdigris brass, these one-of-a-kind stud earrings are set with a bright yellow sapphire at their centre. Gold pin and clip fittings at the back of the earring make sure that this stud sits proud and straight on the ear. In our opinion, we think the Anemone Earrings are the perfect, statement ‘all-day’ earrings – their size makes them extremely versatile for work wear, weekend wear and long, adventurous holidays.

The Anemone Earrings hail from our Once Upon a Time in My Secret Garden jewellery collection. Inspired by the landscaped gardens of William Kent and Capability Brown, the exotic menagerie’s of George Stubbs and Jacques-Laurent Agasse, and the writings of William Shakespeare, Phillip Pullman, Lewis Carrol and Frances Hodgson Burnett (amongst others), this collection aims to bring to life the weird and wonderful flowers and creatures that would reside in Tessa’s imagined garden.
